Full Terms

Main Terms

1.1. These terms and conditions (the “T&Cs”) apply to and govern the relationship between you and LeoVegas Gaming PLC (“LeoVegas”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) when you enter the LeoVegas social media prize giveaway (the “Competition”).
1.2. In the T&Cs, “you” means you, as a participant in the Competition, and “your” shall be interpreted accordingly.
1.3. The T&Cs are subject to the BetMGM’s General Terms and Conditions (“General Terms”), which can be found here. If there is any conflict between the T&Cs and General Terms, the General Terms will prevail and apply.
1.4. As noted above, we are LeoVegas Gaming PLC with registered company number C59314 and our registered office address is at Level 7, The Plaza Business Centre, Bisazza Street, Sliema, SLM 1640 Malta.
1.5. The Competition is run by LeoVegas Gaming plc, licensed operator of the BetMGM UK website located at www.betmgm.co.uk and/or mobile applications that we own or operate using the same brand (“BetMGM”). Please see the footer for further information.
1.6. These terms and conditions (“T&Cs”) apply to BetMGM’s social media giveaway (“Competition”). You accept these T&Cs by following BetMGM UK on Facebook and/or Instagram and X make a Qualifying Entry.
1.7. The Competition (when running) will be valid on specific dates from 25th of August, 2026 (00.01 GMT) to 31st of May, 2027 (23:59 GMT) (“Promotional Period”). Entries accepted outside the Promotional Period will not be accepted.
1.8. Once you follow BetMGM UK on Facebook and/or Instagram and X , like the post and comment on the relevant post, you will be deemed to have accepted the T&Cs, the General Terms and have entered the Competition (“Qualifying Entry”).
1.9. BetMGM UK further reserves the right to suspend or modify the rules or format of the Competition where a change or withdrawal is required due to any change in law or regulation; or by giving you prior notice, if the change or cancellation is required for any other valid reason (for example, if there is a fault in the software or systems used to manage the promotion, or if a mistake is identified).

Who can Enter?

2.1 The Competition is open to UK residents only and you must be over 18 years of age. The Competition is not available to employees, agents, partners or consultants of BetMGM UK, its corporate group or affiliated companies.
2.2 For your eligibility to the Competition to remain valid, your social media account must comply with the GTCs. If your Account or you breach(es) the GTCs or T&Cs, your eligibility in the Competition offer will automatically be voided.
2.3 Any announcement regarding Competition winners on BetMGM UK social media accounts is subject to our verification checks being satisfied and not a final confirmation. Should you fail such verification checks, your prize will be voided.

How to Enter?

3.1 Entry to the Competition is free of charge.
3.2 You need to be a customer of BetMGM to enter.
3.3 You may enter on Facebook, Instagram and X. No maximum amount of entries.
3.4 In order to enter the Competition you must follow BetMGMUK on Facebook and/or Instagram and X and make a Qualifying Entry during the “Promotional Period” and like the post and comment on the relevant post.

Winners & Prizes

4.1 The winner shall be subject to NUFC’s home match ticketing terms and conditions, found here: https://www.newcastleunited.com/en/terms
4.2 There are up to 8 pairs of tickets available for this Competition (the “Prize”). The number of winner/s for each “Competition” will be stated within the significant terms on the social media post.
4.3 Only those over the age of 18 are able to attend the football match.
4.4 The Competition winners will be selected at random from all valid entries made on Facebook and/or Instagram and X. 
4.5 The winners may be announced in the Competition post on Facebook, Instagram and X. 
4.6 The winners will be contacted via a Direct Message from BetMGM’s official social media account(s) within 24 hours of the Competition closing. The winners must respond to the Direct Message to claim the Prize and provide the relevant ID within 12hrs of the DM. The Prize will be void if no response is received and/or relevant identification provided, and a different winner/s will be drawn. The customer will also need to reply 
4.7 A copy of identification (for example Driver’s Licence or Passport) for both you and your Guest (the person you will take to the match) is required, along with your full name and email address.
4.8 The Prize tickets are e-tickets and will be emailed to the winners once the verification checks have been satisfied.
4.9 The Prize can not be exchanged for cash or transferred to another event.
4.10 The winner/s of the Prize are responsible for making their own travel arrangements. BetMGM will not be held responsible for disruption to travel plans.
4.11 If any of the fixtures change or do not go ahead, the tickets will not be refunded or transferred.
4.12 The Prize tickets are for home matches and the prize tickets are in the “Home” section of the stadium. They cannot be transferred to the “Away” section of the stadium.

GDPR Terms

Pursuant to Article 13 and Article 14 of the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 containing provisions for the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and for the free movement of such data (hereinafter the “GDPR”), and pursuant to all the applicable data protection laws, we hereby provide you with information regarding the processing of your personal data following the winning of BetMGM Competition (hereinafter, the “Competition prize”).

1. Data controller Personal Data collected will be processed by LeoVegas Gaming Plc , with company registration number C59314 and registered address at Level 7, The Plaza Business Centre, Bisazza Street, Sliema 1640, Malta, in its quality of data controller (hereinafter the “Controller”).
2. Categories of personal data processed The following Personal Data provided by you (hereinafter the “Personal Data”) may be processed: Personal data provided directly by the data subject for the purpose of receiving the Competition prize, such as identification data, ID document and contact details.
3. Purposes of the processing and legal basis The Controller will process the Personal Data for the sole purpose of organizing or facilitating your Competition prize, including but not limited to, any reservations or other logistic arrangement, where we may need or even be required to process your Personal Data. The processing of your Personal Data is necessary for the performance of a contract, in the specific case, the competition terms and conditions to which the data subject is party.
4. Modalities of processing of Personal Data and consequences of refusal The processing will be carried out with the use of both automated instruments and on paper format suitable for guaranteeing the security and confidentiality of Personal Data, this to collect, consult, store, manage, extract and transmit the Personal Data. Failure to provide the required data will not allow the receipt of the Competition prize.
5. Recipients of Personal Data In the course of facilitating your Competition prize, we may share your Personal Data to 3rd Parties, including agencies that will facilitate all arrangements on our behalf, such as: (i) travel and booking agencies; (ii) event organizers; (iii) accommodation facilities (ex. hotels); (iv) transport services companies (ex. airlines); (v) event venues. The Controller may transfer your Personal Data outside the European Economic Area (EEA). Whenever personal data is transferred outside the EEA, the Controller guarantees an adequate level of data protection according to the standards as required by the GDPR.
6. Retention of Personal Data Personal Data will be stored, in compliance with the applicable law, for a term not exceeding what is necessary to pursue the purposes for which they are processed. Subsequently the Personal Data will be deleted, aggregated or anonymized.
7. Data subjects rights You can exercise the rights referred to in sections 2, 3 and 4 of chapter III of the GDPR (e.g. rights to access,rectification, erasure, portability, etc.) by sending an email to dpo@leovegas.com. You have the right to withdraw the consent at any time without prejudice to the lawfulness of the processing based on the consent given before the withdrawal.
